 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

International Air Ticket
1. Unused Ticket Refund
Unused ticket for refund must be returned to T.Traveller 2000 Co.,Ltd. and to be passed to the airline for refunding procedure. It will take approximately minimum 90 days depending on the airline. Refunding fee is 3,000 baht will be charged by the airlines.

2. Partial Ticket Refund
Partial unused tickets for refund must be returned to T.Traveller 2000 Co.,Ltd. and to be passed to the airline for refunding procedure. It will take approximately minimum 90 days depending on the airline. The refund amount will be fare paid less calculation refund fee by the airline and T.Traveller 2000 ’s handling fee is 800 baht.

Domestic Air Ticket
Thai International (TG)
Unused ticket or partial unused tickets refund must be returned to T.Traveller 2000 Co., Ltd. and to be passed to the airline for refunding procedure. It will take approximately minimum 90 days depending on the airline. Refunding fee is 500 baht will be charged by the airline and T.Traveller 2000’s handling fee is 200 baht.

Bangkok Airways (PG)
Unused ticket or partial unused tickets refund must be returned to T.Traveller 2000 Co.,Ltd. and to be passed to the airline for refunding procedure. It will take approximately minimum 90 days depending on the airline. Refunding fee is 500 baht will be charged by the airline and T.Traveller 2000 ’s handling fee is 200 Baht.

Once we receive payment from the airline, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Domestic Train Ticket
TICKET REFUND POLICY BY THE STATE RAILWAY OF THAILAND (SRT)

1. If refund prior 4 days before to train departure 20% will be deducted from fares for cancellation fee.
2. If refund prior inside 3 days to train departure, 50% will be deducted from fares for cancellation fee.
3. There will non refund for 1hour before the train departure
4. The fee to change the date of travel is Baht 50

Package tours (Inbound and Outbound)
• 31+ days before arrival – no cancellation fee
• 15 to 30 days before arrival date - 10% of tour price
• 7 to 14 days before arrival date - 20% of tour price
• 1 to 6 days before arrival date - 50% of tour price
• No Show – Non Refundable

Hotel Booking
• 7 days before check in date – no cancellation fee
• 1-7 days before arrival date – one night charge
• No Show – Non Refundable
• Subject to hotel cancellation policy.

Transfer / Car Rental
1. If notification of cancellation is received 3 working days prior to arrival date
>> There will be no cancellation charge except for credit card processing fee of 5%
2. If notification of cancellation is received less than 3 working days prior to arrival date,
>> Non refundable
3. No show
>> Non refundable

Refund Process
Refund will be made the same way the fares have been paid:
>> by cash - after what is deducted by Airlines / SRT
>> by credit card - after what is deducted by Airlines / SRT
>> by bank transfer - after what is deducted by Airlines / SRT plus bank transfer fee
